I highly recommend listening to Grizzly Bear (specifically the Yellow House record) while reading Warm Bodies. I think the pairing is perfect.

I have a new personal trainer. He is coming to my house. This is a huge relief because I want to find a routine I can do by myself without machines. I really dont like going to the gym. I don’t like being looked at. Really, I like running outside. In a perfect world, I would be really good at that and that would be totally sufficient. Honestly though, I am a pretty terrible runner. Its fun though. I am slow as shit and I fall WAY more than any adult should. 

I am excited to get my form corrected. I am excited to be worked out so hard that I want to puke or die or some terrible combination of both. I want to feel it for the next few days. 

I am pumped about this!!!

Now I just have to straighten up my house for him to get here!
